Privacy policy
This policy describes the current ProGameBox portal and distinguishes its account features from third-party games. It is not a promise about the practices of every game provider.
Accounts and connection data
You can browse and play without registering. If you create an account, ProGameBox stores your email, password hash and account status, and optional profile name and avatar. Authentication records include session times, IP address and browser information. Favorites are linked to your account when signed in. Security counters and administrative audit records help prevent abuse and protect account access.
Purposes and legal basis
We use account data to provide sign-in, favorites and profile settings, and connection data to secure the service. Account emails are sent only when email delivery is enabled. The operator must identify the applicable legal basis for each purpose before final publication; using the site is not treated as blanket consent to advertising or tracking.
Cookies and browser storage
ProGameBox uses session and security cookies, a theme preference cookie and an optional remembered-login cookie. Theme preferences may last one year; remembered authentication may last 30 days. Guest favorites and recent game launches are stored in your browser. You can remove these through browser settings; removing authentication cookies signs you out, and blocking necessary storage may limit these features.
Game settings and progress
Recent launches are a local list of games you started, not a record of scores or completed levels. ProGameBox does not promise cross-device game progress. An embedded game may save its own settings or progress in storage controlled by its provider; deleting that storage may erase the game progress.
Third-party games, advertising and analytics
External HTML5 games, including games supplied through GameMonetize, load in an iframe after you press Play. Your browser then connects to the game host and may disclose your IP address, browser information and the referring site origin. Game providers may use their own storage, advertising, analytics and third-party cookies under their policies and browser permissions. ProGameBox does not currently embed a separate first-party analytics or advertising tracker in its page templates. This does not mean embedded games are free of tracking. Do not launch an external game if you do not want that connection; browser controls can restrict third-party storage.
Recipients and international transfers
Hosting, traffic protection and email delivery providers may process connection or delivery data. Game hosts process data when their games load. The operator must confirm the actual providers, countries and any international-transfer safeguards before publication. Administrative AI translation sends selected catalog or interface text to OpenAI; public account data is not intentionally included in those translation requests.
Retention and security
Session validity is normally one day, or up to 30 days with remembered login. Password-reset links expire after 30 minutes; email-confirmation links after 24 hours. Expiry does not automatically delete the underlying database records. Account data, security records, revoked sessions and backups require the retention and deletion schedule to be confirmed by the operator before final publication. Passwords and account tokens are stored as hashes. No storage or transmission method can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
You can update available profile details and manage favorites in your account. Contact the operator to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, or to object to processing, where applicable. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it for the future. Identity verification may be needed; do not send your password. You may lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. No automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects are implemented in the portal.
Children and changes to this policy
A game category or age label is not parental consent or a guarantee about a third-party game. The operator must review child-data requirements for the countries served and explain any necessary consent process before offering accounts to children. Material changes to this policy should be reflected in its review date and communicated where required.
